We DO NOT store, process, or collect your credit/debit card numbers, CVV, or bank account details on our servers. All online card payments are securely processed via the PayHere Payment Gateway, which adheres to strict international security standards (PCI-DSS compliant).
3. How We Use Your Information
- To process, confirm, and deliver your order.
- To contact you regarding delivery updates or tracking information.
- To provide customer support and doctor consultation inquiries.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share delivery details (Name, Address, and Phone Number) with our trusted Courier Partners solely for the purpose of delivering your order.
A couple of things to flag before you paste these in:
- Two return-window numbers now conflict with what’s currently live – PayHere’s copy says 48 hours for damage/wrong-item claims. If the current site says something longer (e.g. 14 days), you’ll want to replace it, not add to it.
- The Doctor/Weda Medura section is new content not on the current pages at all – confirm with your lead that the client actually has a doctor’s number on labels and a physical Weda Medura location, since this is a real claim being published, not boilerplate.
